I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, it offers a great location near the historical center of the city and is very close to the beautiful city center. However, I was disappointed with the lack of warm water in the room and the absence of a balcony or any view.

I had prepaid for this reservation in a small town in Mexico, but the staff provided average service. The room service and housekeeping were satisfactory, and they assisted with tours and tickets.

The hotel is conveniently located near the sea as well as near the historical center of the city, making it easy to access both. It's a plus being near bars and restaurants.
